Obituary of Bonnie Gwen McClean

     Bonnie Gwen (Blough) McClean was born on February 15, 1956.  She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Carrot River High School in 1974.  Three years later in 1977 Bonnie married Billy McClean and had two sons, Donald and Duncan.  When her marriage broke down Bonnie and Clay Hoffart became partners.

     Bonnie was pre-deceased by her infant brother Graham Blough, parents Weldon Blough and Mary Golding, step-father Harold Golding, her ex-husband Billy McClean, and her partner Clay Hoffart.

     She is survived by her sons Donald and Duncan McClean, brother and sister-in-law Dennis and Lorraine Blough, and nephew and nieces Luke, Lisa, and Lacy.

     Bonnie worked in the SAAN store, Extra Foods, No Frills and the concession at the Centennial Arena.  She was a member of the Nipawin 5 Pin Bowling Association and in her spare time she made quilts, visited seniors and loved to collect things.  Unfortunately after her retirement from No Frills dementia slowly took Bonnie away until her passing on June 18, 2026.
