Obituary of Jeffrey John Michelle
Please share a memory of Jeffrey to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jeffery John Michelle was born in The Pas, Manitoba. He passed from this life at his home in Vancouver, BC at the age of 61 years old.
Jeffery took his education at native education college where he received his grade 12. Jeffery later continued furthering his education at Nechi Institute. Jeffery also worked as a
Construction worker and was previously married to Aldona Legoff and together they had one son, Jacob Michelle.
Jeffery started having health complications, but that did not stop him from continuing his journey. He loved attending AA meetings and where he resided, he would talk with others that were struggling and helping in any way he could. Jeffery loved going to Burn Lakes, BC to go fishing, moose hunting and preparing traditional food and going for nature walks. Jeffery enjoyed family time with his son, spending as much time as he could. He also had a step-daughter, Chanel, that was part of his life. He also loved his sister Holly. He would always tease her when he mentioned her. Jeffery loved traveling home to visit her sister Margaret, brother-in-law Angus, and staying with his nieces Lysh and Inez and visiting family. Jeff loved making jokes and teasing his nieces and nephews. Jeffery was a caring and compassionate and kind person, the most important thing that he had was his family. Though he may never have said it we know that he was proud and happy with the bond he had with his family.
Jeffery will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sisters Margaret (Angus Mckenzie) Son, Jacob Michelle Siblings, Holy Pelly, Katie Pelly, Victor Pelly, Keith Pelly. Numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and Special friend, Emily Nabess.
