Jeffrey is survived by his daughter Claudia Laliberte, common law wife Judy Laliberte, his stepdaughters Crystal (Tammy), and Cynthia. Brothers Barry (Elaine) McLeod, Laurent (Karen) M^cLeod, sisters Jennifer (Frank Budd), Della M^cLeod, Elsie McLeod, Caroline McGinnis, Lenor (Bert) Chaboyer, grandma Louise Buck, Uncle Winston McKay, grandchildren Tanisha, Edwin, Jerome, Lakoria, Morningstar, Victoria, Lloyd, Joshua, Skylar, Cree, Nathaniel, (Boss) Cage, Colin Laliberte, Darrius, Faye, Kona, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.

Predeceased by his daughter Jessica Laliberte, stepsons Edwin & Carlos.
