Obituary of Edward Nabess

Eddie Nabess was the 5th child born to Victor and Jemima Nabess. There were 8 children in the family. Eddie went to the Charlebois School until grade 8. Then he went to school in Saskatoon where he finished his grade 12. After school, he started working for the Hudson Bay Company. He was sent to different communities in Manitoba. He later moved to Prince Albert where he worked as a carpenter. He was trained at New Careers in painting, plumbing and roofing.

 

Eddie enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping with his family. He especially enjoyed telling jokes and pulling pranks on his co-workers. He liked to make people and family laugh. 

 

Eddie is survived by: his wife, Flora Henderson; his sons: Edward Henderson, Kyle Henderson, and Davin Pelly; his step-sons: Jesse Henderson and Jamie Henderson; his sister: Helen Head; his brothers, James Nabess, David Nabess; his special nephews: Vince Nabess and Victor Dorion; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 

Eddie was predeceased by: his mom, Jemima (Robinson) Nabess; his dad, Victor Nabess; his Baby Girls, Angel Rose Nabess and Lisa Charles; his adopted son: Simpson Donald Henderson; his brothers: Alex Nabess, Wayne Nabess and John Nabess; his sister: Marie M. Hebert Nabess; his father and mother-in-law, Gordon & Maria Henderson; his special aunts & uncles: Robert and Melanie Crate & Louis and Ethel Nabess.
