I sure miss my Uncle Wilf (he was 7 years younger than me). The last time we saw each other was when Wilf and Linda visited us in Sophia, NC, way back in 1998/99 when they flew down and spent a couple of weeks visiting us and my mom, Elizabeth Edith Treants, his sister. Since then, we had kept in touch by email and exchanged often. Like Wilf, I have traveled extensively and even lived in other countries. During my time in the Navy, I visited countries in the Caribbean, Medeterian, North Atlantic, Western Pacific, and the Indian Ocean. Wilf and I discussed our travels and adventures all over the world as well as his life on the oil circuit. I just wish Wilf had been a bit more open about his cancer so I could have planned a trip to Nipawin and visited. Wilf was a great guy and will be missed by all who knew him. RIP Uncle.
